ARTIST
With more than 20 years in the music industry, including 15 as lead guitarist/songwriter in the rock group zebrahead, Greg Bergdorf has recorded nine studio albums that have sold over 1.5 million copies, including three Japanese gold records (Playmate of the Year, MFZB, Broadcast to the World), and a Grammy nomination in 2000 (Best Metal Performance for “Enter Sandman” with Motorhead).
He is a veteran of multiple world tours, including three Warped Tours. He has shared bills with bands such as Green Day, 311, Simple Plan, Reel Big Fish, Bowling for Soup, and MXPX. He has also played hundreds of shows and festivals across Europe (including Hurricane, Greenfield, South Side, Pukkelpop, Groezrock, Rock am Park, and Rock am Ring), the UK (Download, Reading, Leeds, Sonisphere), and Japan (Summer Sonic, Punkspring, and Fujirock).
Greg’s extensive credits include his work as an artist, session musician, producer, and songwriter and span decades across several genres of music, including continued projects in rock and in jazz. Learn more about new projects.

PRODUCER
As well as being an accomplished musician, Greg also is a producer/engineer and the owner of Studio32. He co-produced/co-engineered several of zebrahead’s albums (Broadcast to the World, Phoenix, Panty Raid, and Get Nice). And he produced and engineered the UK band Fandagle’s album “Fly Away” (Party House Records), Asphalt Valentine's "Into the Red" (Dirty Little Secret Productions), and Full Net's "Artificially Flavored" (Gatsby Records).
Much of what he learned in the studio can be attributed to working with some of the best producers in the industry like Howard Benson (My Chemical Romance, Daughtry, Kelly Clarkson, All American Rejects, POD), Cameron Webb (Motorhead, Social Distortion, Pennywise), Mike Plotnikoff (Buckcherry, Van Halen, Aerosmith, KISS) and Marshall Altman (Natasha Bedingfield, Marc Broussard). He enjoys helping bands craft their songs in order to achieve their artistic vision.
SONGWRITER
Greg Bergdorf has songwriting credits on every song in over nine studio albums during his tenure with the band zebrahead. His distinctive guitar styling and unique perspective span several genres such as rock, pop, country, jazz and metal.
In addition to writing his own songs, Greg enjoys collaborating with independent artists and bands.
